Seasonal_Parsnip_Soup

Ingredients:

  • 83g Leeks

  • 25g Sliced Ham

  • 83g Parsnips

  • ⅙ Of Stock (veg)

  • ⅙ tbsp oil

Method:

Fry chopped leeks with the oil, then add chopped lean ham. Add peeled diced parsnips, sprinkle the veg stock on it and bring to boil. Cook until the veg are tender then liquidise. Sereve garnished with a sprig of thyme and a sprinkling of ground black peppercorn.
