Cocoa_Cupcakes

750g flour
75g  sugar
50g  butter/butter replacement
3tsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
16ml lemon juice
300ml milk/milk replacement
14ml oil

Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder

In a separate bowl, mix sugar and stork

Mix the 2 mixtures together

Mix lemon juice, water and oil

Pour into your mixture and whisk

Spoon mixture into cupcake cases and place them in a cupcake tray

Let it rest for 20 minutes and the cook for 40 minutes

Leave to cool before serving
